How do staff clock in and clock out with TramitApp?
Each employee clocks in through the channel that suits them best: mobile app, web or kiosk with a QR code or facial recognition. HR sees it in real time on a single dashboard, with the day's hours, accumulated overtime and issues waiting for approval. Nothing to install on workstations.
Where can employees clock in from?
From the mobile app with GPS and location, from the web with an optional IP check, or from a kiosk or tablet, also with QR code clocking in. If you need to control the exact location, see GPS clocking in. You can also clock in on WhatsApp, or use Telegram. Each company switches channels on or off by company, site or employee.
What happens with forgotten or incorrect clock-ins?
Clock-ins already recorded can be corrected or cancelled and are flagged as modified, with an auditable reason. If a clock-in is missing, a manager can add it afterwards. The system sends reminders to anyone who hasn't clocked in and has an automatic close for shifts left open from the day before.
How are overtime and lateness tracked with TramitApp?
Overtime is handled through a request started by the employee or the manager, with escalating approval. It can be paid or taken as time off through an hours bank. The alerts dashboard has its own overtime category, and the analytics show rankings of employees with the most overtime and the most late arrivals.
Does TramitApp's clocking in system integrate with payroll and other business software?
Yes. Hours worked, overtime and absences are ready to export to Excel or CSV for your payroll provider, with no re-keying. To connect with other systems, there's a REST API and import via SFTP. If you also manage absences, the holiday and absence management module uses the same working time records.
Does TramitApp comply with Spain's working time recording law?
Yes. TramitApp keeps the daily record of working time required by Spanish Royal Decree-Law 8/2019 and lets you export the full rota, the report for workers' legal representatives and the PDF certificate of legal validity for the clocking in system, to hand to workers' representatives or to the Spanish labour inspectorate.
